Orders placed on Amazon

For purchases made through the DANBURITEX Amazon Store, the available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery date are shown by Amazon at checkout. After purchase, use Your Orders to view the latest delivery estimate, tracking information, and order-support options.

Available shipping destinations, methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. The delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless the selected method expressly states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be included in the shipment notification or order record. Tracking events can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Address changes

Check the shipping address carefully before completing an order. If a correction is needed, contact the support channel for the place of purchase as soon as possible. An address cannot always be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays, damage, or missing parcels

For an Amazon order, use the support options in Your Orders. For a danburitex.com order, email support@danburitex.com with the order number and tracking details. Keep the product and packaging if the parcel arrives damaged.

International orders

International availability and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and carrier delays may vary by destination; any amounts collected at checkout will be displayed before payment.
