Returns & Exchanges

This policy is based on the customer-return framework used for products sold through the DANBURITEX Amazon Store. The return channel depends on where you purchased the product.

Return window

Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Products should be returned in their original or unused condition unless the return is due to damage, a defect, or an incorrect item.

Return eligibility

Please return the complete product with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included components. If the product stores personal information, erase that information before returning it. Items that are damaged, incomplete, altered, or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them may not qualify for a full refund.

Orders placed on Amazon

Amazon purchases must be returned through Amazon. Open Your Orders, select the DANBURITEX order, and follow the available return or replacement instructions. The eligibility, return method, fees, and refund timing shown in the order record control that return. See Amazon's current return policy for platform details.

Refunds and exchanges

After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Exchanges depend on product availability; when a direct exchange is not available, support may arrange a refund so that a new order can be placed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and supporting images. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return, replacement, or refund instructions for the purchase channel.
